| We bought our house on Capitol Hill on April 9, 2003. It's a beautiful, four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath 1915 or earlier Victorian rowhouse, with an additional one-bedroom, one-bathroom basement apartment that we rent as a stand-alone unit. Although the house is in need of lots of polishing, it's the grandest house on the block, so it's big enough that we plan to stay here forever.
The house features beautiful hard-wood floors and original moldings. We have central air, a fireplace, built-in bookshelves and a deck out back. |
