Jock and Deb

I was born in Dallas, Texas at Parkland Memorial Hospital, best known as the place where President Kennedy died. I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and after graduating from the University of Oklahoma (Go Big Red!), I returned to Texas to begin my career as a public school teacher.

My career has taken an unexpected turn, from primary school to public administration. My career has taken me to Tampa, Florida; Boston, Massachusetts; and Washington, DC, where I have lived since 2000.
